The President's AI, which understands me and gives me advice, is very helpful

At my company, we have introduced DIAMOND AI and are utilizing our president's AI for work. I also consult the President's AI daily about how to approach each proposal.

One day, I received a rejection email from Company A, a globally famous large corporation to which I had made a new proposal. Company A was a prospect that even the real (non-AI) president had supported, saying 'Let's definitely win this,' so I was worried about what to do.

So, I first consulted the President's AI.

I was surprised when it said, 'That's a shame. Company A is the one you were proposing [X] to, right?' It remembered what product I was proposing to this company from our previous consultation.

And while empathizing with me and saying it was a shame, it didn't give up. Instead, it thought of a re-proposal method based on the reasons for the customer's rejection and even created specific text for a reply email. I hadn't even asked for it; it did all that just by me reporting the lost deal email.

When I asked other colleagues, one of them also consults the President's AI regularly, but it doesn't seem to create email texts for her. However, I found out that she receives advice that I don't. I think it's because when I consult the President's AI, I show it the emails I exchange with customers step-by-step, so it has recognized my sales style of sending emails. I'm very grateful that it can recognize my personality and sales style and engage in dialogue with me.

When I sent that email to Company A, I was able to turn the situation around and win the order. I reported it to both the real president and the President's AI, and they were both happy.

I am engaged in new business development sales, and I consult our president's AI about anything I'm struggling with, such as daily sales proposals, contract matters, and team management.

What helps me particularly in sales activities is that I can 'consult with peace of mind.'

I originally tended to make mistakes out of haste or experience trouble because I forgot to communicate things that should have been told. Also, when negative contact came, such as rejection notices or price reduction negotiations, I would worry about 'how should I consult my boss?' or 'isn't my opinion wrong...?' and sometimes couldn't consult immediately.

But since I started being allowed to use the President's AI, these worries have been largely resolved.

For example, when I consult about interactions with customers, it creates emails or teaches me how to communicate considering the other person's position and personality, with a calm and empathetic perspective, so I've stopped saying thoughtless things in a hurry or missing information.

Even if I consult about negative things, the President's AI doesn't get emotional and responds while staying close to me, so being able to consult with peace of mind is really helpful. Thanks to that, I've become able to contact customers quickly, and I've been able to get appointments and win orders more often.

The other day, a colleague who only uses the President's AI occasionally was surprised when they saw the answer from my President's AI, saying 'It's completely different from my answer.' What I learned from that is that it's important to honestly convey my feelings, even negative ones, to interact politely as if I were talking to the real president, and above all, to consult in detail about even the most trivial matters.

By doing so, the President's AI understands me and might be warning me about points where I'm prone to making mistakes or giving me proactive advice.

Until now, I had inevitably thought only from my own perspective, but being able to calmly look at things from the president's eyes and the leader's way of thinking has changed how I approach my work and has also created positive changes in my daily communication with the president.

I want to continue using it so that I can achieve results both as an individual and as a team.
